Edgardo’s Grill began in Edgardo and Rosie’s garage in Christchurch. During Lockdown 2020, Edgardo was made redundant. Instead of panicking, Edgardo decided to use his Filipino grill skills to cook and sell food from home. The Generator helped the family establish a sound foundation for their enterprise and now graduate to a shop which has increased their income and opportunities.
